You can begin deletion without contacting support.
Delete from the app
- Open KeepUp and choose Settings.
- Scroll to Delete my KeepUp account.
- Review the explanation and choose Schedule deletion.
Notifications stop and your account is signed out immediately. A seven-day recovery window may apply. After that window, KeepUp deletes or de-identifies your profile, device tokens, active authorization credentials, and private content, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@keepupcouples.com from the email address associated with your KeepUp account with the subject “KeepUp account deletion.” We will verify ownership before acting. Never send a password or magic sign-in link.
Shared content
Deleting your account does not delete your partner’s account. Shared history may be retained for the remaining household member or de-identified, consistent with the Privacy Policy. Private content belongs only to your account and is removed through the deletion process.
Subscriptions
Deleting a KeepUp account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google store account settings to stop future renewals.
