This policy applies to KeepUp subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Your purchase receipt identifies the store that processed the payment. Consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law always continue to apply.
Cancel future renewal
You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings for the Apple or Google account that made the purchase. Uninstalling KeepUp or deleting a KeepUp account does not cancel a store subscription. Unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not automatically refund that period.
Apple purchases
Apple controls billing and refund decisions for App Store purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines eligibility and sends the result to the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Google Play purchases
For a recent Google Play purchase, use Google Play's refund request flow. Google advises that requests made within 48 hours may be eligible depending on the purchase details. After 48 hours, email support@keepupcouples.com with the Google Play order number from your receipt. Do not send a password, sign-in link, or full payment-card number.
How we assess direct Google Play requests
Where Google permits the developer to decide, Celestial Forge LLC considers duplicate charges, accidental purchases, material technical failures, unauthorized purchases, and other fair circumstances. We may ask for the order number and enough account information to verify the purchase. A refund may remove Plus access immediately and cancel future renewal. We do not promise a refund merely because a customer forgot to cancel, except where required by law.
Trials, price changes, and access
A trial converts to a paid subscription unless it is cancelled before the deadline shown by the store. The store purchase screen controls the exact trial eligibility, renewal date, and localized price. We will provide notice of a material subscription change as required by the store and applicable law. If a refund is approved and access is revoked, the household returns to the Free limits; supported core household data is not deleted solely because Plus ends.
