Using KeepUp

Terms of Service

Effective July 23, 2026

These Terms govern your use of KeepUp. By creating an account, using KeepUp, or continuing to use KeepUp after notice of updated Terms, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use KeepUp.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your device, sign-in account, and activity under your account. Do not share authentication links or credentials. Each invited person should use their own account.

Shared spaces

KeepUp lets users invite other adults into a shared space. Shared content is available to active members; private content remains visible only to its creator. You are responsible for inviting the right person and for content you choose to share. If you delete your account, KeepUp deletes the content you authored, including content you shared; content authored by the remaining member stays with their account.

Assistant limitations

The assistant helps organize information; it is not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional-advice service. Natural-language interpretation can be wrong. Review important dates, times, recurrence, privacy, and notification settings. For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

Acceptable use

KeepUp does not permit objectionable user-generated content or abusive behavior, even inside an invitation-only space. You may not use KeepUp to create, send, request, promote, or coordinate:

  • harassment, stalking, bullying, hate, discrimination, threats, intimidation, or encouragement of violence or self-harm;
  • sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, grooming, trafficking, or other exploitative conduct;
  • illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, spam, malware, infringement, privacy violations, or disclosure of another person’s sensitive information without authorization; or
  • content or conduct intended to evade a block, safety control, investigation, account restriction, or applicable law.

You also may not access another person’s data without authorization; interfere with security or availability; reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits; or use automated means that create unreasonable load.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

The app provides controls to report eligible shared content or a partner profile and to block a partner. A block immediately ends the pair’s shared access across every KeepUp space they have in common. In each space, ownership determines which person remains and which person leaves. New invitations between the pair are prevented until support completes a verified unblock. An unblock does not restore prior memberships; a new invitation is required.

We may use automated safety screening and human review to investigate reports and enforce these Terms. We may reject assistant requests, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence when legally required, or make legally required disclosures. We may take action without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect a person, the service, or the public. False or abusive reporting and attempts to evade enforcement also violate these Terms. If there is an immediate threat or emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than relying on KeepUp.

Subscriptions

KeepUp may offer free and paid features. Subscription price, period, trial, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Purchases renew automatically until cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling KeepUp or deleting a KeepUp account does not cancel a store subscription. Unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation takes effect after the current paid period and does not automatically refund that period. The store purchase screen controls the final localized price and trial eligibility. Restoring a purchase requires the same store account. One KeepUp household entitlement may cover both linked partners as described at purchase. “Unlimited” assistant use means there is no ordinary monthly request cap; automated, abusive, or unusually heavy use that creates unreasonable service load may be limited under our fair-use safeguards. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request a refund.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant KeepUp a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display it only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm you have the right to provide the content you submit.

Service changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable care to avoid material disruption and will communicate significant changes when appropriate. Integrations depend on third-party platforms and may change or become unavailable.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using KeepUp or request deletion at any time. We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten users or the service, or create legal or safety risk. Sections that logically survive termination—including ownership, safety enforcement, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—continue to apply.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, KeepUp is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that reminders, messages, integrations, or assistant interpretations will always be timely, complete, or error-free. You should not rely on KeepUp as the sole record for critical obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, KeepUp and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid to KeepUp in the prior twelve months or US $50.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where legally permitted, disputes must be brought in a state or federal court serving Prince William County, Virginia. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Questions may be sent to support@keepupcouples.com. KeepUp is operated by Celestial Forge LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, whose verified postal details are shown in the applicable app store listing.
