How do I invite my partner?
Open Settings, choose Share invite, and send the secure link. The link expires after seven days. Your partner signs in with their own normal account.

Why did KeepUp ask a question?
KeepUp acts immediately when the meaning is clear. If a required date, time, or target is uncertain, it asks one short follow-up instead of guessing.
How do private items work?
Include “private,” “only me,” or “just me.” The item and its chat context stay hidden from your partner, including the title and time.
How do I get notifications?
Open Settings in KeepUp and enable native notifications. Also confirm notifications are allowed in your iPhone or Android settings. Each partner chooses their own reminder time.
How do I sync my calendar?
Open Calendar and choose Sync to phone. KeepUp creates or updates the plans visible to you after you grant calendar access. This is one-way export; KeepUp remains the shared source of truth.
How do I restore KeepUp Plus?
Open Settings, choose Restore purchases, and use the same Apple or Google store account that made the original purchase.
How do I join the beta?
Request access from the KeepUp website. When a testing spot is ready, you will receive an official TestFlight or Google Play testing invitation. KeepUp will never send an unsigned app as an email attachment.
Account deletion
Deletion can be started directly inside KeepUp. If you cannot access the app, use the verified support route.
